Texas-born and L.A. raised, Rick Chavez has over 30 years experience as a professional guitarist. He has been a regular at the Troubador and the Whisky A Go-Go, and played with Dennis Wilson, The Coasters and Steely Dan in their early days.

A Las Vegas resident for several years, Rick has played in major casinos including the Bally's, the Alladdin, and the Mirage, just to name a few. He has performed as a solo musician for private functions and conventions, as well as a house musician for the Bahama Breeze restaurant.

Rick also has an original cd out, titled "Calor" which features a mix of smooth jazz, flamenco and latin rock. He continues to work in Las Vegas and writes and produces original material in his studio.
