Strip House
The famed New York steakhouse made its Vegas premiere this September. The grand opening introduced Chef John Schenk's scintillating menu, including prime cuts of beef charred to perfection, accompanied by side dishes of black truffle creamed spinach, goose fat potatoes, and creamed corn with pancetta. And for dessert, the decadent 24-Layer Chocolate Cake. Strip House redefines the traditional steakhouse with a saucy mélange of sultry silks and vintage Studio Manasse images adorning the walls.
Strip House was voted one of America's Greatest steakhouses by GQ magazine in March 2006, won "Best Steak of the Year" by Citysearch in 2006 & 2007, and was named one of the 10 Best American Steakhouses by Maxim magazine in November 2006.
