prior to scheduled arrival date.

All guests at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, must be 21 years of age or older (with valid ID) to check-in. Multiple check-ins and check-outs on consecutive days count as one stay. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Accommodations and promotions are subject to availability, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Offer based on single or double occupancy. Room rates are on a per night basis and do not include applicable taxes and fees.

Offer includes a choice of amenity beverages as follows: one bottle of either wine, champagne or spirits during guest’s stay, as selected from Planet Hollywood’s designated specialty menu, subject to brand availability. You must be a registered guest at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, and you must be 21 years of age or older (with valid ID), to actually redeem and receive amenity beverages and offer inclusions. Amenity beverages are for in-room use only. Guest may only redeem and receive a total of one bottle per guest's stay. If, for any reason, such bottle is not actually redeemed during guest’s stay, that bottle will be forfeited. Room rates are not subject to downward adjustments, even if amenity beverages are not actually redeemed or used. Amenity beverages have no cash value and may not be substituted, transferred or resold. You must be 21 years of age or older to possess or consume any alcoholic beverage. You may not sell, give or otherwise furnish alcoholic beverages to any person under 21 years of age, as prohibited by law. You must be 21 years of age or older to gamble. Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino promotes responsible drinking and, therefore, reserves the right to refuse to honor this promotion to anyone who appears intoxicated at any time. By accepting receipt of amenity beverages, guest assumes all risks and accepts all liabilities and responsibilities associated with the use or misuse of such amenity beverages.
