Complete and submit this claim form.
Step Three
A Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino representative will evaluate your claim to ensure it meets our Terms & Conditions
Step Four
Within 48 hours, a Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino representative will contact you with the status of your claim. Should your claim be valid, we will update your current reservation with an additional 10% off the matching rate or, if you have yet to book the room, we will ask you to book a new reservation on the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino website and to email us to advise us of the confirmation number.
